School sports is the pivot of the development of sports, the core work of school education is teaching, and the selection and application of teaching methods occupies a tight position in teaching and influences the educational work. The study designs an interactive online teaching resource management platform based on deep learning, utilizing a data layer to collect data and develop learning objectives for students. Using the machine reading comprehension model, the interactive intelligent Q&A module is constructed, and the interactive intelligent Q&A system based on deep learning is established to realize the interactive optimization path of the sports teaching informatization system. In the Q&A mode, the accuracy and time efficiency of text Q&A meet the user’s needs. Physical education students, 50 in the experimental group and 50 in the control group, were selected to carry out the teaching comparison experiment. The results show that there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in terms of interest in physical education learning, which indicates that the method of this paper can improve students’ interest in physical education learning, and secondly, it is found that the method of this paper can significantly improve the students’ ability of independent learning when compared with the traditional teaching methods.
