In the era of digital intelligence, it is a challenge for cultural and creative enterprises to improve the speed of cultural and creative product development and save development costs. This paper applies the process reengineering ideas, parallel engineering theory and critical path and other methods to comprehensively reorganize the cultural and creative product development process and put forward a practical optimization plan. Through the process optimization of the target case of Company G and the comparative analysis of the implementation effect, it can be found that the optimization scheme designed in this paper can significantly improve the development cycle situation, from the previous 133 days, shortened to 97 days. It also reduces the R&D cost of cultural and creative products, and the annual cost saving reaches nearly 1.26 million yuan. Through the implementation of process optimization, the product development cycle, the number of documents and other objectives were achieved more than 90%. In summary, the process optimization scheme designed in this paper highlights the effectiveness and efficiency in the process.
