This paper explores the theoretical basis of computer-assisted language teaching (Constructivist Learning Theory, Multiple Intelligences Theory), and elaborates the advantages of computer-assisted English Linguistics course teaching in points. Combined with English classroom teaching and extracurricular activities, computer-assisted teaching sessions are designed accordingly. Aiming at the data processing requirements of computer-assisted language teaching, a cloud resource scheduling strategy based on reinforcement learning is proposed. Combine reinforcement learning with cloud resource scheduling by transforming the cloud resource scheduling problem into a Markov chain process, and update the state, action, and reward and punishment function values in reinforcement learning.
