The involvement of artificial intelligence in the creation of dance art is a phenomenon that cannot be ignored in the current field of dance art. The deeper the involvement of artificial intelligence in the art of dance, the more unclear the boundaries of the art of dance, resulting in ethical issues such as the impact of individual emotions, social trust, employment, the blurring of the subject of creation and whether the art ends. In order to address these issues, this paper adopts a questionnaire survey method to investigate the public’s views on the integration of artificial intelligence and dance art, and explores the ethical and cultural considerations from what perspective. The number of people who think that the development of artificial intelligence and dance art requires certain ethical and cultural constraints is 95%. This shows that at a time when the fusion of AI and dance art is developing extremely rapidly, it is important to control the development of AI within a certain range and design appropriate ethical and cultural countermeasures. The results of the survey show that nearly 50% of people choose enterprises, indicating that the public tends to start ethical considerations on the enterprise side. The proportion of people who tend to improve ethical requirements reaches 20%, indicating that the public agrees to use ethical and cultural rational considerations to solve possible risks and problems in the governance of AI application issues. Accordingly, this paper completes the relevant ethical and cultural considerations on the above dimensions, and formulates the ethical and cultural principles for the industry of fusion of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Dance Art, to regulate the research and development and application of AI art.
