Construction and Implementation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education System in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Information Technology

This paper improves the innovation and entrepreneurship education and management level of college students by building an online informationized innovation and entrepreneurship education platform. Based on the collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, the project theme is semantically analyzed with the help of Chinese named entity recognition technology, and the study material recommendation is made by strengthening the project attribute information. The hierarchical analysis method is used to implement the platform indicators and determine the score distribution according to the relative weight value. The results show that personal quality is most important in innovation and entrepreneurship practice ability, and its average score is 4.105. The most important functional element of innovation and entrepreneurship education platform is resource sharing (4.144). Student competence positively affects functional experience, platform management, and actual user experience, etc. In the performance evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education platform in colleges and universities, the weight coefficient of the platform’s service users is 0.547. Satisfaction surveys of innovation and entrepreneurship education platform in informationalized colleges and universities are all between 0.3 and 0.4. In conclusion, this paper successfully builds the innovation and entrepreneurship education platform for colleges and universities, and also achieves a high degree of satisfaction in practical application.
