Structural design of high-performance garments based on geometric optimization

With the enhancement of people’s health consciousness, the role of high-performance clothing in enhancing character movement, guaranteeing comfort, and enhancing safety has become more prominent. The article accelerates the solution of performance analysis equations by reducing the displacement fixed degrees of freedom of control points and the degrees of freedom of empty cells surrounding the control points in the iterative process; at the same time, it adopts the design variable reduction method and grey scale inhibition function to enhance the convergence speed, and realizes the isogeometric optimization method with the help of optimization criterion method for design optimization. At the same time, the 3D structure of the garment is reconstructed, key points are extracted and corresponding relationships are established to reconstruct a high-precision 3D garment structure model that meets the requirements of garment design and tailoring. In two design cases, the iso-uniform optimization and the iso-geometric optimization proposed in this paper are used to analyze the petal-shaped tensile expansion structure, and the efficiency and accuracy of the proposed method are verified through experiments. The experimental results indicate that isogeometric optimization has a significantly higher computational efficiency than the traditional uniform method. Finally, the isogeometric optimization clothing structure design method and the traditional structure method are tested in human wearing state, and according to the data obtained from the experiments, it is concluded that the method proposed in this paper can effectively realize the structure design of high-performance clothing.
