In fashion design, there is a profound synergy between traditional patterns and non-heritage crafts, which intertwine with each other to produce unique and compelling fashion effects. This synergy not only reflects the innovation of design, but also highlights the cultural heritage and interpretation. In this paper, the texture synthesis algorithm based on block sampling is used to find the relevant feature values of the non-heritage clothing texture through the gray scale correlation matrix and calculate the optimal size of the texture blocks. The Graphcut algorithm is proposed to connect the pixel points of the texture block and the overlapping area in the selected synthesized block, and the Graphcut algorithm is improved to find the optimal path using the A* algorithm to extract the feature values of the texture block. For the extracted texture block features, 3D model reconstruction technology is utilized to reconstruct the non-heritage clothing ornament. After empirical analysis, it can be seen that consumers’ preference for texture is more inclined to the massed and diagonal compositions, with the average scores of 7.025 and 6.896, respectively. For the appearance experience, wearing experience, emotional experience, and quality experience of non-heritage clothing texture, the average values are 3.345, 3.248, 3.485, and 3.321, respectively. The non-heritage clothing texture reconstructed in this paper can bring the consumers positive emotions.
