Construction of university-enterprise collaborative education mechanism for employment and entrepreneurship in higher vocational education with dual-drive linkage

The study constructs a school-enterprise collaborative nurturing mechanism based on higher vocational employment and entrepreneurship, embeds school-enterprise collaborative nurturing in higher vocational education, and promotes the development of higher vocational education from the aspect of employment and entrepreneurship. A related teaching experiment is designed to verify the parenting effect of the dual-drive linkage school-enterprise collaborative parenting mechanism of higher vocational education employment and entrepreneurship constructed in this paper by comparing and analyzing the pre- and post-measurement results of the employment and entrepreneurship levels of the students in the experimental group and the control group. There was no significant difference between the employment and entrepreneurial levels of the two groups before the experiment. After the experiment, the sig value of each dimension of the employment and entrepreneurship level of both groups was less than 0.05, and the employment and entrepreneurship level of the experimental group was much higher than that of the control group. After the experiment, the experimental group achieved an improvement of more than 6 points in all 10 dimensions, and the sig values of the pre and post-tests were less than 0.05, and the teaching effect was obvious. In the control group, the sig value of all dimensions was greater than 0.05, and the improvement of employment and entrepreneurship levels was negligible, with an improvement less than 1 point. In this paper, the collaborative education mechanism between school and enterprise based on higher vocational employment and entrepreneurship can help higher vocational students improve their employment and entrepreneurship levels.
