Research on the New Mode of Integration of Civic and Political Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities Driven by Internet Technology

Introduction

In recent years, China has successively issued a series of policy documents, emphasizing that innovation and entrepreneurship education is carried out throughout the whole process of talent cultivation, and at the same time explicitly requesting the strengthening and improvement of ideological and political work in colleges and universities, which provides a policy basis and directional guidance for the integration of the two [1-2]. The integration of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education can not only help students establish a correct worldview, outlook on life and values, stimulate their patriotic sentiment and sense of social responsibility, but also enhance their adaptability and problem-solving ability in the face of complex environments, laying a solid foundation for their future employment or entrepreneurship [3-4]. At the same time, it also helps to build a more open and inclusive campus cultural atmosphere, promote the organic combination of academic research and social practice, and deliver more excellent talents with innovative spirit and practical ability to the society [5].

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is an important way to cultivate college students' innovative spirit, entrepreneurial awareness and ability. In the context of the new era, the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities not only concerns the quality of education, but also affects the national talent cultivation and economic development. Research on the evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education from the perspective of ideological and political education can help to deepen educational reform and improve the level of talent cultivation [6-7].

Around entrepreneurship education experts and scholars mainly through empirical investigation and analysis, questionnaires and other social practice methods to carry out research, the direction of the research mainly involves the effect of entrepreneurship education, evaluation and optimization, the social definition and expectations of entrepreneurial entrepreneurs, as well as the impact of students' entrepreneurial intentions of the objective and subjective factors, etc., the research aims to deeper cognition of the significance of entrepreneurship education, and continue to optimize and reform entrepreneurship education in order to achieve the better purpose of entrepreneurship education. Almeida, J et al. conducted an empirical investigation of entrepreneurial intention and found that students who participated in extracurricular activity practices showed superior levels of perceived behavioral control, where business association practices and entrepreneurship education promoted students' entrepreneurial intention [8]. Dey, P et al. combined with data and research from social entrepreneurship intermediaries, pointed out that the image of entrepreneurial entrepreneurs is full of hedonistic promises, which is not conducive to social entrepreneurs to move forward and grow, which also provides some references for the education of entrepreneurial thinking of students in higher education [9]. Vodă, A. I et al. based on questionnaire methodology and quantitative research design revealed that control points, need for achievement, and entrepreneurship education significantly influence students' entrepreneurial behavior, while men's entrepreneurial tendencies are generally higher than women's [10]. Handayati, P et al. proposed a quantitative research methodology based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Variance Partial Least Squares (VPLS), which confirmed that entrepreneurship while educating positively affects entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial mindset of students in higher education [11]. Boldureanu, G et al. through empirical investigations, elucidated the positive significance of entrepreneurship education for the economy and indicated that the perceived competency of the entrepreneurship education faculty team in South African tertiary entrepreneurship education programs showed a poisonous positive correlation with students' entrepreneurial intentions, and therefore, entrepreneurship education educators play a very important role in facilitating the enhancement of students' entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial skills [12]. Santos, S. C et al. conceptualized a conceptual model of entrepreneurship education under empowerment aiming to analyze the meaning, competencies, self-determination and impact on entrepreneurial activities and discussed in detail through an adversarial entrepreneurship project, which contributed positively to the development of entrepreneurship in companies and individuals [13].

Civic education is important for establishing students' correct thoughts and values, so it is very meaningful to continuously optimize and innovate Civic education in order to improve the effect of Civic education, and optimizing Civic education firstly needs to be combined with the policy and feedback from teachers and students, to understand the kernel of the Civic education and the gap between the teaching goal ideas and the actual teaching effect, to set up an effective teaching evaluation mechanism, to realize the accurate assessment of the teaching effect and to deeply understand the advanced educational technology and teaching platform in the era, to deeply explore the possibility of the integration of technological tools and Civic education. At the same time, it is necessary to understand the advanced education technology and teaching platform of the era in which we are living, and to explore the possibilities of integrating technological tools and Civic and Political Education. Using instrumental methods such as interaction modeling and ANOVA, Asif, T et al. assessed the differences in moral education practices and beliefs between Chinese and Pakistani teachers, where Pakistani teachers' concepts of moral education emphasized national loyalty and service to the community, whereas Chinese teachers' Civic and Moral Education advocated collective-centered and family-focused social values [14]. Zhang, Y et al. elaborated that the performance of students in Civic Education could not effectively quantify the effect of Civic Education, so they proposed to build a formative and consequential evaluation mechanism with Deep Learning technology, which realized the effective evaluation of Civic Education in colleges and universities [15]. Eryong, X et al. attempted to stand on the conceptual and policy perspectives and discussed the educational kernel of moral parenting in China as well as the stages and effects of each related policy, which contributed positively to the construction of a system of moral value education and evaluation [16]. Sui, Y. et al. emphasized the necessity and urgency of the reform and innovation of Civic Education at the level of teaching concepts, teaching methods and teaching management in the era of new media, suggesting that the potential of new media technologies and platforms should be explored in depth in order to assist and promote the innovation of Civic Education [17].

This study collects a large amount of related literature from China Knowledge Network, Wanfang, and library platforms, and organizes, summarizes, and conducts law exploration of this literature.Through high-frequency keyword co-occurrence analysis, we aim to identify the research hotspot for integrating ideological and political education with innovation and entrepreneurship education. Through empirical analysis, the research perspective is scaled to the analysis of the influence factors of college students' ideology and politics in innovation and entrepreneurship education, and statistical data analysis is carried out to summarize the correlation between dual innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideology and politics. A questionnaire survey was conducted for school students. Finally, through the questionnaire survey, we analyzed and understood the current problems of the “Internet +” one three-wing fusion new model, and laid a solid foundation for the later development to provide solutions.

Analysis of the relationship between ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities
Ideological and political education

This paper considers that the specific meaning of ideological and political education in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities mainly refers to the use of ideological and political education by relevant departmental workers, teachers, counselors and other ideological and political education of ideological, political and ethical views on the educated and members of the school to exert targeted educational influence, to cultivate comprehensive development of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurial talents, so that college students in the innovation and entrepreneurship process with good ideological and moral qualities, such as firm ideological beliefs, good moral character, strong social responsibility, clear legal awareness, positive and correct innovation and entrepreneurship psychological quality. Such as a firm ideological belief, good moral character, a strong sense of social responsibility, clear legal awareness, positive and correct psychological qualities for innovation and entrepreneurship.

Innovative entrepreneurship education

The core concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education is “for all students”, “combined with professional education”, “integrated into the whole process of talent training”, and the basic goals are “full coverage”, “hierarchical” and “differentiated”, and strive to achieve the close combination of all-oriented and hierarchical teaching, the close connection between school education and continuing education, and the overall consideration of quality education and vocational education, including the system architecture of “general knowledge”, “embedded”, “professional” and “vocational”.

As a matter of fact, innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education in colleges and universities share the same value and focus on the overall development of human beings, only that innovation and entrepreneurship education aims to cultivate more specific personality development talents under the perspective of overall development. Therefore, integrating ideological and political education into innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can grasp the fundamental purpose and direction of talent cultivation as a whole.

Integration of education content and education scope

Innovation and entrepreneurship education is not only limited to innovation and entrepreneurship knowledge and skills training, but also includes ideological and moral quality. At this stage, the basic elements of ideological and political education for college students mainly include world view education, value education, political view education, and vocational ethics education, which specifically include ideal beliefs, forms and policies, materialistic dialectics, national spirit, socialist core values, mental health, career planning and employment guidance and other educational contents.

Compatibility of Education Methods and Educational Vehicles

Both emphasize the combination of theoretical and practical education methods, and the curriculum, activity platforms, culture and other education carriers are also similar.

Exploration of a new model of integration of the three wings of the Internet Plus

In the era of “Internet +”, it is necessary to break the bottleneck of the “island effect” of “curriculum ideology and politics”, and make in-depth thinking in order to better realize the goal of “curriculum ideology and politics” in colleges and universities and the “double creation” education construction of college students under the background of “Internet +”. The so-called “integration” refers to the cultivation of innovative historical talents as the center, and the “three wings” are to carry out practical teaching activities from three aspects: curriculum practice, scientific research practice, and social practice. The “Internet +” integrated three-wing teaching model is shown in Figure 1.

According to the training objectives of the school, the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, with the principle of cultivating capable, knowledgeable and high-quality all-round talents, combined with the actual situation of the school, the innovation and entrepreneurship education model of “one body and three wings” has been formulated, that is, the curriculum system construction is the main body, the construction of the teaching staff is the first “wing”, the cultural atmosphere is created as the second “wing”, and the rich practical teaching is the third “wing” education model, so as to forge application-oriented talents with a solid professional foundation and strong practical ability.

“Integration” refers to the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system as the main body. First of all, a clear teaching goal should be formulated, and a training plan should be formulated according to the characteristics of medical students in the school and the characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship courses. Secondly, create a reasonable curriculum structure and offer different courses based on the knowledge reserves of different grades.Thirdly, the content of the course is enhanced, and the course content is divided into different levels based on the characteristics of the students who teach it.Finally, in the implementation of the curriculum, relying on the secondary colleges, through the college's work leading group, responsible for the implementation of teaching and management. The “three wings” refer to the construction of the teaching team, the creation of a cultural atmosphere, and the enrichment of practical teaching. Through three measures, we will provide a strong guarantee for innovation and entrepreneurship education, create a good learning environment, and optimize the education and teaching process.

When the scale is small, it is still valid, but when the size of the observed data is too large, it is obvious that it is gradually deviated from. In this paper, in order to analyze the research field of ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities using the perspective of keyword co-linearization to conduct research. Domestic and foreign literature related to innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education of college students are reviewed through China Knowledge, Wanfang and library platforms. The relevant information is organized and analyzed. Although the number of keywords in each paper is not large, and there are some literatures in which the keywords are only just a few keywords, the keywords are crucial to the paper, and the keywords are the center of each paper. When readers read the papers, they often mainly grasp the keywords of the papers to analyze the research content and research direction of the papers. When researching the hotspots of the papers, it is not only to locate the research hotspots through the keyword co-occurrence analysis, but the high-frequency keyword analysis is also very important, so that the research hotspots of the papers can be more accurately analyzed. The highest frequency value in the interval is denoted by N max , and the high-frequency threshold value is denoted by M. After the keyword “innovation and entrepreneurship education” is removed, “higher education institutions” is the keyword with the highest frequency in the interval, which reaches 32 times, and the high-frequency threshold can be obtained by substituting into the formula with the value of about 3. The hot spot of innovation and entrepreneurship education, higher education institutions, is used as the keyword because the frequency of higher education institutions is greater than or equal to 3. The frequency of institutions of higher education is greater than or equal to 3, and the hot keywords of innovation and entrepreneurship education can be extracted from the keywords of institutions of higher education in the node information table of CiteSpace software to be organized, and the results are shown in Table 1. It can be seen that the keywords with large nodes include “innovation and entrepreneurship education” (frequency 184), “colleges and universities” (frequency 35), “ideology and politics” (frequency 30), “talent training” (frequency 26), “education reform” (frequency 25) and “Internet” (frequency 22), etc., and the keywords in the research field of innovation and entrepreneurship education are expressed by the co-occurrence frequency.

Interaction of Civic Education into Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

Analyze the current situation of the research using actual data to help analyze the problems and assign them, and propose corresponding countermeasures. To this end, some universities in Shanghai were used as research targets, targeting university students and some faculty members. The questionnaires were distributed in July and September 2023, and 300 questionnaires were distributed. The survey issued a total of 300 questionnaires and recovered a total of 288 valid questionnaires. The effective rate was 96%, which is quite satisfactory.

Influence of basic personal circumstances on innovation and entrepreneurship education

The correlation coefficient is a measure of the closeness of the relationship between several groups of variables. The correlation coefficient has a range of [–1,1], -1 means that there is a negative correlation between the two groups, 1 means that there is a positive correlation between the two groups, 0 means that the two groups of data are not correlated at all, and when the correlation coefficient is closer to 0, it means that the correlation is weaker.

The correlation coefficient has the advantage of being able to provide a directional measure of the closeness of the correlation.

Using the correlation analysis, the results are shown in Table 2, the correlation between academic level and college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education shows a significant correlation (r=0.235, p<0.01), which indicates that the higher the academic level, the lower the willingness to innovate and start a business; gender also shows a significant correlation with the correlation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship education (r=0.186, p<0.05), which indicates that female students are slightly less willing to innovate and start a business compared with male students. The willingness of innovation and entrepreneurship is slightly insufficient.

Analyzing the statistical results, gender, discipline/major, academic level, and family factors are all important factors that influence college students to pursue innovation and entrepreneurship education. However, the strength of the relationship varies. In terms of academic level, there are some differences in the teaching structure received by college students of different academic levels, while for undergraduate and graduate students, their study majors are more inclined to theories. At the same time, due to the difference in education level, students with higher education have relatively easier employment prospects compared to those with lower education.So it leads to the fact that the higher the education level of the students, the less willing they are to innovate and entrepreneurship. From the perspective of gender factor, male students who have the intention of innovation and entrepreneurship are significantly higher than female students, and this obvious gap can also be seen, compared with entrepreneurship, female students are more inclined to a stable employment environment, which is also related to the physical and physiological differences between male and female students. From the perspective of professional factors, students majoring in science and engineering are more inclined to practice and experiment than those majoring in arts and sciences, and they have stronger hands-on abilities. From the viewpoint of family factors, college students with a monthly family income of less than 5,000 yuan have a higher intention of innovation and entrepreneurship, and they are more eager to change their own living conditions and standards through the success of entrepreneurship.

Interaction between Civic Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

Pearson correlation coefficient analysis is shown in Figure 2, the correlation coefficients between ideological and political cognition and ideological and political emotion, ideological and political will, and ideological and political behavior are 0.705, 0.672, and 0.614, respectively. The correlation coefficients between ideological and political emotions and ideological and political will and ideological and political behaviors are 0.65 and 0.584 respectively. The correlation coefficient between ideological and political will and ideological and political behavior is 0.72, which indicates that there is a significant correlation between all dimensions of socio-ideological and political sentiment when measured two by two. In addition, the two-sided significance (P=0) between the four dimensions of ideological and political sense is less than the significant level of 0.005, which further indicates a significant correlation between the four dimensions two by two. And the correlation coefficients between two of the adjacent variables are higher than the non-adjacent ones, 0.705>0.672>0.614, 0.65>0.584, and the correlation coefficient between ideological and political will and ideological and political behaviors is the highest (0.72).

When counting the questionnaire data, innovation and entrepreneurship education was used as a categorical variable and was divided into two categories: having received innovation and entrepreneurship education (indicated by “0”) and not having received innovation and entrepreneurship education (indicated by “1”). The four dimensions of ideological and political sense are numerical variables, and the Likert 5-point scale takes the mean value, and the correlation between innovative entrepreneurship education and the four dimensions of ideological and political sense respectively is analyzed here by using the Spearman (spearman) correlation analysis. The correlation coefficients between innovation and entrepreneurship education and the four dimensions of ideological and political sense respectively are shown in Table 3. The correlation coefficient between innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political sense is 0.635, and the two-sided significance (P=0) of the two is less than the significant level of 0.005, and innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political sense have a significant positive correlation. The correlation coefficient of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political emotion is 0.610, and the two-sided significance (P=0) of both of them is less than 0.005 significant level, and innovation and entrepreneurship education has a significant positive correlation with ideological and political emotion. The correlation coefficient of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political will is 0.603, and the two-sided significance (P=0) of the two is less than 0.005 significant level, and innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political will have a significant positive correlation. The correlation coefficient of innovation and entrepreneurship education and ideological and political behavior is 0.665, and the two-sided significance (P=0) of both of them is less than 0.005 significant level, and innovation and entrepreneurship education has a significant positive correlation with ideological and political behavior.

The dilemma of the new model of integration of the three wings of a single body
Single way of integration of civics and innovation and entrepreneurship education

The results of the questionnaire are shown in Figure 3. Innovation and Entrepreneurship Courses (Option 1), University Park (Option 2), Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competitions (Option 3), Salons (Option 4), Internship Sites (Option 5), Services (Option 6), Research Activities (Option 7). The questionnaire design question “school innovation and entrepreneurship education and the combination of the content of the ideological and political mainly through what way to reflect”, this question takes the form of multiple choice, the survey found that 243 students unanimously recognized the “innovation and entrepreneurship courses”. College students emphasize the importance of the Entrepreneurship Park in innovation and entrepreneurship education in this survey. The rest of the options are relatively small. Classroom teaching, because of its role as the main position of education, has its own rationality in the combination of civic politics and innovation and entrepreneurship education, but this form alone is not enough, and the later innovation and entrepreneurship education should be strengthened to explore the diversified channels of integration with civic politics.

Lack of the main content of civic politics in the integration of civic politics and innovation and entrepreneurship education

The content of Civics is very broad, but as far as Civics education in colleges and universities is concerned, its main content is patriotism (Option 1), ideal belief (Option 2), and moral civilization (Option 3). This survey found that the main contents of Civics in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education include legal education (Option 4), integrity education (Option 5), entrepreneurship (Option 6), and socialist core values (Option 7).And patriotism, ideal belief, moral civilization, conscious discipline (option 8), and collectivism (option 9) accounted for a relatively small proportion. The reason for this is mainly due to the fact that the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education ignores the ideology of students, entrepreneurship and integrity education is closely related to innovation and entrepreneurship education, and socialist core values are inseparable from the current social development situation. This shows that the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education lacks a deep analysis of “people”, and the content of ideology has not been effectively analyzed, planned and integrated in stages.

A new model of integration of the three wings of the integration of specific measures to solve the problem

1) Supported by the Internet, actively carry out practical activities. In view of the low degree of integration of the current education system and the problem of theoretical teaching being detached from practice, it is necessary to actively carry out practical activities to form a complete education system to help students strengthen their comprehensive literacy. Through network media, we will make effective use of network tools that students are willing to accept, such as “Learning to Power the Country”, “Tencent Meeting”, “DingTalk”, “Weibo”, “WeChat”, and “QQ”, so as to enhance the ability of ideological and political education in higher vocational education, improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education, and firmly grasp the initiative in online ideological and political education.

2) Build a systematic and optimized curriculum system. It is crucial to build a systematic curriculum system in the teaching of “Double Creation” and Civic and Political Integration. It is necessary to accelerate the construction of the system, clarify the objectives of the curriculum system reform as well as the program, form a professional education team and a systematic curriculum system, and enhance the core qualities of college students. When constructing a qualified curriculum system, it is necessary to clarify the characteristics of Civic and political education and “dual-creation” education, and insist on the idea of synergistic optimization of the curriculum for a long time.

3) Implementation of teaching method innovation. In the context of the new era, the integration of “dual creativity” and civic education needs to follow reliable paths and scientific principles, play a synergistic role, and endeavor to cultivate high-quality talents and improve their innovativeness. The cultivation of innovative talents and the transformation of teaching achievements cannot be separated from education both inside and outside the classroom. In order to achieve the expected goal of educating people, it is necessary to pay attention to the innovation of concepts and integration education methods in reality, and constantly sort out the teaching content to promote the improvement of students' quality, so as to make them become talents in the new era.

4) Scientific integration of educational resources. We help students develop in a comprehensive manner and build an idealized environment under the guidance of goals. Through the integration of educational resources and the implementation of “dual-creation” education, students can become highly qualified personnel with both creativity and rigor, thus achieving the goal of scientific education. In addition, do a good job of integrating and penetrating the whole process. Colleges and universities should encourage teachers to explore the connotation of professional courses in practice in multiple dimensions and integrate them with the practice process, implant the concept of ideology and politics as a guide in entrepreneurship education practice, correct the students' attitude towards employment, and realize the cultivation of talents in the whole process and multiple facets. Try a diverse approach to cloud teaching and actively expand the cloud teaching platform to lay a solid foundation for cloud teaching. First of all, the DingTalk platform can provide students with a large number of educational resources, digital campus management and teaching methods, so that ideological and political education can return to the essence of education, digitally present the dynamics of student learning, record the learning process, make “teaching” and “learning” easier, and fully realize the educational concept of learning at home.

Conclusion

With the arrival of the Internet era, this paper, based on analyzing a large number of related research materials, puts forward a new model for the integration of ideological and political education in innovation and entrepreneurship education under the Internet perspective with one body and three wings. Through high-frequency word co-occurrence, correlation analysis, questionnaire survey and other methods to explore its integration path, to promote, the sustainable development of the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship and ideological and political education. It can be seen that in the Internet era, “innovation and entrepreneurship education”, “ideology and politics” and “Internet” have become the research hotspots of integrated education. Innovation and entrepreneurship education are positively correlated with ideological and political behavior, cognition, emotion, and will.The investigation and analysis show that the new model of one body and three wings has problems with a single way of education integration and a lack of content on ideological and political subjects.Therefore, with the support of the Internet, we should carry out practical activities, optimize the curriculum system, innovate teaching methods, and integrate educational resources.
