In recent years, interdisciplinary teaching has gradually become a hotspot of education and teaching in the field of international education, and interdisciplinary thematic learning has been incorporated into one of the five curricular contents of the physical education and health curriculum. Based on the OBE teaching concept and interdisciplinary integration teaching, this paper designs an interdisciplinary teaching model for infiltrating OBE physical education and health, and comprehensively describes the principle and implementation path of this teaching model. In order to explore the individual learning differences of students, the personalized recommendation model for interdisciplinary teaching of physical education and health courses is constructed by combining the statistical partition algorithm, the IF-IDF algorithm and the principle of vector transformation. The model is utilized to verify and evaluate the interdisciplinary instruction of physical education and health courses in colleges and universities. The experimental and control classes showed significant differences in the indicators of active interest (21.46, 0.03) and autonomy and inquiry (21.38, 0.008), both less than 0.05, and the recommended model of this paper was more effective in evaluating students’ interest in teaching and learning, with an overall MAE mean value of 0.7606.This study is able to enhance students’ multifaceted abilities, enable students to master the subject knowledge and develop comprehensive literacy.
