Wushu and national traditional sports, as an important part of school physical education, are popular among students. However, traditional teaching methods cannot make students master the knowledge and skills of wushu comprehensively and effectively. Therefore, this paper takes “flipped classroom + video feedback” as the technical support to explore the application of information technology in the integration of wushu and traditional national sports education. The article first analyzes the teaching mode of the flipped classroom and then explores the video feedback teaching method, combining the flipped classroom and video feedback to form the teaching mode of “flipped classroom + video feedback”. Then, we construct the evaluation index system of the teaching ability of Wushu and traditional national sports, and finally, we discuss the application effect of the teaching mode of “flipped classroom + video feedback”. This paper concludes that in the analysis of students’ satisfaction with classroom learning, the average score is above 3.5, indicating that students in the practice of the integration of wushu and traditional ethnic sports education have recognized the method proposed in this paper.
