The Optimization Model of College Students’ Physical Exercise Motivation and Self-control Ability Based on the Mathematical Model of Probability Theory

College students can improve their physical fitness through sports activities. But physical activity requires long-term persistence. In this way, college students are required to carry out self-control. This paper studies the relationship between college students’ physical exercise motivation and self-control ability by using the mathematical model of probability theory. We use probabilistic path analysis to test the fit and difference of the relationship between the two. At the same time, the article uses Lyapunov’s characteristic function method to prove the correlation between physical exercise motivation and self-control ability again. The results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper can improve the self-management efficiency of college students.
