Exploratory Study on the Path of Informatisation of Educational Management in Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Intelligent Algorithm

With the updating of education concepts and the deep integration of education management and information technology, the development of informationization of education management in colleges and universities has gradually become a hot spot of concern. This paper is based on the content of college education management information technology and analyzes its significance in its development and construction. Then, it researches the information system for college education management and introduces it from three aspects: assisting teaching, managing teaching, and assisting education management. Then, the framework of the university education management information system is constructed on the basis of data mining, and then the data is analyzed using a clustering algorithm. To optimize the system, this paper utilizes a particle swarm algorithm that is based on a group intelligence optimization algorithm and proposes a method for selecting the optimal number of clusters (PSO-BestK). The clustering analysis shows that the average value of the M indicator of the important type of development student users is 0.047568, which is much larger than the other three categories, and the dependence on the platform is stronger. The F and S indicators of loyal student users ranked first, with 0.005210 and 0.038922, respectively, and these students are a stable group of loyal users of the informatization system platform. In addition, in the informatization assessment, the average scores of the three dimensions of informatization of activity resources, informatization cognition and network information construction in College H were 4.31, 3.89 and 4.04, which achieved a better performance overall. In this study, the effective student informatization user group was clustered and analyzed, and the problems in the construction of educational management informatization in colleges and universities were explored, which provided a research direction for the exploration of educational management informatization.
