In the context of the era of rapid development of the Internet, multimedia technology has become a powerful assistant for teachers to carry out piano teaching, but the traditional multimedia teaching means has many limitations. Aiming at this problem, this paper designs an innovative application strategy of multimedia technology in piano teaching, and uses two-sample t-test to assess the difference in teaching effect between this paper’s piano teaching mode based on the innovative application strategy of multimedia technology and the traditional piano multimedia teaching mode, and analyzes the acceptance of the strategy by students based on the Kano model. The experimental group adopting the strategy of this paper and the control group adopting the traditional multimedia teaching mode are homogeneous in terms of piano professional ability before the experiment (P>0.05), while there are significant differences between the two groups after the experiment (P<0.05), and all the scores of the pre-experiment are significantly higher than those of the control group, which indicates that the innovative application strategy of multimedia technology in this paper makes the piano multimedia teaching mode of the teaching effect of piano multimedia teaching mode get a significant enhancement. The results of this paper’s innovative application strategy of multimedia technology have significantly improved the teaching effect of piano multimedia teaching mode. The satisfaction coefficient SI value of students of different majors and different grades for the specific dimensions of each innovation strategy is greater than 0.5, which means that it has a high degree of acceptance. Therefore, the multimedia innovation strategies designed in this paper are both practical and highly accepted.
