Integration and Optimisation of University English Teaching Resources Based on Online Courses under the Blended Learning Mode

This paper analyses the important role of the integration and optimization platform of English education resources in colleges and universities based on the blended learning mode, analyses the importance of the actual existence of the platform, and puts forward targeted integration and optimization strategies. The integration and optimization of educational resources are evaluated using the DEA method evaluation. The questionnaire survey method is used to understand the actual situation of the integration and optimisation of English education resources in colleges and universities at present, which provides a realistic basis for the research of this thesis. After the research and analysis, it can be seen that teachers and students have the highest demand for educational resources of online courses, accounting for 90.3% and 86%, respectively, and the usage rate of digital educational resources within colleges and universities is low. Full-time female English teachers in colleges and universities accounted for 78.4% of English teachers, and their age was mainly distributed within the range of 25-40 years old. The relative efficiency of input-output of resource integration and optimization after 2021 was above 0.78 and remained basically stable. The trend of highly educated teachers also remained on the rise.
