This study first constructs an integration model of the relationship between big data analytic capability and enterprise performance based on resource base theory, dynamic capability theory, value theory and innovation theory, and unveils the internal mechanism of big data analytic capability acting on enterprise performance under the perspective of supply chain management. After that, the concept of supply chain flexibility is introduced to explore the mechanism of the influence of big data capability on enterprise performance and the mediating role of supply chain flexibility in it, and to establish the relevant hypothesis model. In the paper, 264 questionnaires were distributed, and SPSS and SmartPLS were used to conduct exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis to analyze the reliability of the big data analytic capability scale, the supply chain flexibility scale, and the enterprise performance scale. Second, the path coefficient analysis of the hypothesized model was conducted by SmartPLS to test the hypotheses. The research results show that the standardized coefficient β between big data analytic capability and enterprise performance is 0.481, which is significant at the 0.001 level (p=0.000<0.001), indicating that big data analytic capability has a significant positive effect on enterprise performance. Supply chain flexibility, as an intermediate variable, has an indirect effect between big data analytic capability and enterprise performance, and plays a partial mediating effect.
