In recent years, with the rapid development of the national fitness movement, research related to energy-saving and lighting environments of gymnasium buildings has become one of the research hotspots. This paper builds a typical space model of a gymnasium based on research data and combined with sports building design codes. Through the establishment of a parametric platform, key samples are selected for measuring and analyzing the indoor natural light environment. The light environment simulation software ECOTECT is used to simulate and analyze the stadium, and the parallel arrangement of skylights is determined to be more in line with the lighting requirements of the stadium by changing the variable parameters. The ratio of the optimal skylight area to the competition hall is 0.35, and the height of the competition hall is 16m, so as to get the optimal model of the lighting quality of the stadium that can exist, and to provide basic data and directional guidance for the future design of the stadium.
