The internationalization development of higher education is an important force to promote the modernization of China’s education, and the research on the internationalization of higher education has received wide attention. In this paper, an in-depth research has been carried out around the visualization expression of constructing knowledge map, the relationship combination of knowledge map and the representation learning technology, and it is proposed to combine the TransD model with the PTransE model to constitute the representation learning based on the dynamic mapping and the relationship path, and to construct the knowledge map model based on the improved relationship path. On this basis, a knowledge mapping system for internationalization of higher education is designed by combining text analysis and improved knowledge mapping. The knowledge mapping system of this paper has been tested. The average score for the seven functions and five satisfaction measures of the system is above 4 points. The cumulative number of articles in the research literature on internationalization of higher education has increased from 330 articles in 2011 to 8201 articles in 2023, showing an upward trend, and its development trend can be divided into three phases in terms of time and depth, such as the slow development phase, the awakening phase, and the recovery phase. The keyword with the highest frequency is higher education, which has been used 230 times. For this study can be sorted out the research trend of internationalization development of higher education in recent years, provides a multi-angle visual analysis path provides a multi-angle visual analysis path.
