Transformation and evaluation of VGGNet in the audio depth detection and recognition task

For input representation and preprocessing, the mel log energy of 128 filter groups is used as the network input representation, and the short-time Fourier transform (STFT) of 2048 frames and 1024 jumps was calculated in the multichannel recording; the high frequency range of 11 kHz is used to calculate the MEL energy of 128 filter groups; using the formula log (100000 MEL + 1), the MEL energy is converted to the log expression; and cross-validation is used for the training and test sets.

Training using TensorFlow-GPU at GTX-1060 6G, TUTAcoustic Scenes2017 a total of 4680 guzheng audio data, using mono data.batchsize was set to 32 with 50 iterations and trained for 35 minutes. Accuracy and other performance measures are shown below. According to the comparison of the data in the following table, the accuracy of the modified VGGNet network is higher than that of MFCC.

Innovative digital media communication strategy is the key to promote the development of guzheng music culture communication. Guzheng music cultures can use high-quality performance videos, social media interaction, cross-border cooperation and digital music platform to attract the audience's attention and participation, and improve the exposure and influence of guzheng music culture. Establishing the interaction and participation mechanism between music cultures and the audience is an important strategy for spreading guzheng music culture in the era of digital media. Through the online interactive platform, the interaction and communication between music cultures and audiences, and the strengthening of guzheng music culture education and training, the audience's sense of participation and loyalty can be enhanced, and the dissemination and development of guzheng music culture can be promoted. Digital media provides new opportunities and challenges for the communication of guzheng music culture. The innovative digital media communication strategy, the interaction mechanism between music cultures and audiences, and the strengthening of the education and training of guzheng music culture are the key elements to promote the sustainable development of guzheng music culture in the era of digital media. However, we are also aware that there are some problems and challenges, such as how to balance quality and quantity, protect tradition and innovative development. Therefore, future research and practice should further explore effective ways to solve these problems, strengthen cooperation and collaborative development, and jointly promote the prosperity and innovation of the dissemination of guzheng music culture under digital media. Through the conclusions and suggestions of this study, we hope to provide guidance and inspiration for the development of guzheng music culture communication in the digital media era.
