Design and optimization of multidimensional control strategy based on optimization algorithm and modeling of wastewater treatment process

Aiming at the problems of excessive energy consumption and serious exceeding of effluent water quality in the control of wastewater treatment process, after analyzing the wastewater treatment process, we propose an intelligent optimization control strategy by integrating a multi-strategy multi-objective sparrow algorithm. First, the relationship between the objective function and the controllable variables is found by analyzing the mechanism of the sewage treatment process, and energy consumption and effluent water quality models are constructed. Then the SSA is improved from five aspects, including population initialization, position update of discoverer and alert, optimal position perturbation strategy and external archive update mechanism, and a multi-objective sparrow algorithm incorporating multi-strategies is proposed to solve the model. The experimental results show that the convergence and diversity of the proposed algorithm have been significantly improved, and it can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the sewage treatment process and achieve the expected optimization purpose while meeting the effluent water quality standards.
