Educational Management Strategies and Learning Effectiveness Enhancement of Information Technology Integration in Open Education Informatization Reforms

This paper actively uses information technology means and tools to integrate open education and puts forward the relevant strategies for the reform of education informatization. Using an AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to improve the assessment and supervision system of education information technology, it points out the direction for reforming open education management information technology in colleges and universities. Designing relevant questionnaires to conduct empirical research on the learning effect of education informatization. Taking X university as an example, the final score of its education management informatization performance is 78.6 points. However, there are still problems such as a low utilization rate of computerized teaching resources. In terms of the learning effect of education informatization, the overall mean value of the scale is 3.31 points, and the learning effect at the theoretical level and the emotional attitude level is relatively excellent. Nearly 70% of teachers use information technology to provide notifications and learning resources. The content of this study can provide useful references for the reform of open education information technology.
