As a part of computer technology in digital media art, the effective application of graphic processing technology in visual communication system enhances the visual effect of design works. Based on this, after studying the visual characteristics of the human eye, the enhancement method based on Retinex theory can eliminate the influence of external factors on the image and restore its realism. And then this paper proposes the interactive image image segmentation based on dual-stream fusion network, which inputs the interaction information and RGB channel information into the interaction stream network and image stream network respectively, fuses the output results of the image stream network and the interaction stream network, and completes the output of segmentation results, which obtains a better image segmentation performance. The data of the image enhancement method designed in this paper about the average gradient, image signal-to-noise ratio, and mean square error are excellent, and the image segmentation method proposed in this paper also achieves excellent results of 89.62% and 73.02% in Sen and IoU metrics. The optimized scheme’s data performance in both physiological experiments and subjective evaluations is slightly better than the original scheme based on the design algorithm. Its NASA-TLX evaluation scale score is 32.55, which is lower than the original scheme, accomplishing the objective of visual enhancement design in interactive image design.
