The Coupling Mechanism between Ideological and Political Education and Employment and Entrepreneurship Ability Development of Students in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities Driven by Deep Learning

Based on analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the integration and development of ideological and political education and students’ employment and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a specific path for the coupling development of ideological and political education and students’ employment and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. The main content is to cultivate students’ employment and entrepreneurship skills as the key cultivation goal of talents in colleges and universities, and to build two types of curriculum system with ideological and political education as the guiding ideology (employment and entrepreneurship courses combined with social practice, employment and entrepreneurship courses combined with career planning education). Carry out practical teaching in response to the coupled development path of the two. Establish an evaluation system for the development of students’ employment and entrepreneurial abilities in higher vocational colleges and universities, and calculate the weights of each index. Separately count the recognition data of students and teachers on the achievement of the cultivation objectives of employment and entrepreneurship ability of students in colleges and universities, and analyze the achievement of the development of students’ employment and entrepreneurship ability by combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The development level of students’ employment and entrepreneurship ability in higher vocational colleges and universities is used to illustrate the pedagogical feasibility of the coupling path of ideological and political education and students’ employment and entrepreneurship ability development. The results of a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation concluded that 75.67% of higher vocational students’ achievement of employment and entrepreneurship ability is very good. The coupling development path of the employment and entrepreneurship curriculum system of higher vocational colleges and universities, which is based on cultivating students’ employment and entrepreneurship skills and constructing two types of curriculum systems, can improve students’ employment and entrepreneurship abilities, and realize the common development of ideological and political education and students’ employment and entrepreneurship ability cultivation.
